What was Michael Sieger’s inspiration? A visit to a museum exhibition dedicated to porcelain’s country of origin. He was fascinated not only by the colours, but also by the traditional patterns. MY CHINA! Emperor’s Garden from SIEGER by FÜRSTENBERG should therefore also be seen as a homage to Chinese culture and the decors it gives rise to.
