With a passion for liquid cuisine, he is constantly coming up with new ideas and combining carefully selected ingredients in unconventional ways.

SEIBERTS is a place to enjoy good cocktails, good company – and the good life. When Christian Sieger paid a visit, he felt right at home, as the bar uses porcelain tumblers and other pieces from the SIEGER by FÜRSTENBERG range in a whole host of striking and imaginative ways. When paired with the singular cocktail creations, the result is miniature works of art that not only astound the tastebuds with unique flavour sensations but are also a treat for the eyes – adding an extra layer of pleasure to the drinking experience.

MULTI-AWARD-WINNING
Volker Seibert has over 32 years of bartending experience. After 15 years at Cologne’s Capri Lounge, he realised his big dream by opening SEIBERTS. The mixologist has received many of the industry’s top accolades. In 2025, the year SEIBERTS turns ten, Falstaff named it one of the best three bars in Germany, Austria and Switzerland – and Volker Seibert “host of the year”. The Süddeutsche Zeitung likewise recommended SEIBERTS as one of nine European bars “so special they qualify as travel destinations”.
